Quantum Productions provided some uplighting to match the Paris feel for the evening.
Using Gobos, Moving Heads, LED Par Cans, 3.3 LED Bars and a Wireless Speakers we were able to animate the space from as soon as you walked into the doors and went upstairs to the bidding gallery. The challenge of this event was to provide an ambient amptospher that was able to change rapidly to create a need to finalize your bids for the event. We used a James Bond Self Destructing Voice Type Sounding Countdown with all the rooms changing color to Red. This created an urgency to hurry up and bid on auction items just before closing. Quantum Productions also supply the DJ’s for the evening spinning the top Future and Deep House Tracks.
This event was art showcase, cultural event, fashion show and more. Quantum Productions used a new way of lighting the Runway using LED and without flying the Lights to ensure there is adequate light along the runway. With the use of Moving Heads, High Powered LED lighting, Speakers, and White Runway w/live video feed we were able to create the best event to showcase all diversity at the event.
With the help of the Art Gallery’s special event personal we were able to mix new age ideas with the elegant class the event has had in previous years. We provided animate snowflakes rotating around the room mixed with stationary ones. This created the illusion snow was falling. We were able to spotlight the stage using a mix of moving heads and stationary spot lights. There was also a 3D mapped video image projected onto one of the curved surfaces in the Art Gallery of Alberta.
