Quantum Productions provided the Audio Visual for three breakout rooms and also one main room for keynote speakers. This one day conference had over 350 people in attendance.
Quantum Productions built a truss setup to compliment the pianist and using LED uplights was able to create a winter wonderland feel for this special event. To match the international staff we were able to spell Happy Holidays in many of the native tongues of the staff.
Working with the group of amazing dancers at Vinok, Quantum Productions was able to match sophisticated sounds with elegant lighting. Through each number and break the staff that provided the audio technical support to the speakers, band and background music. Quantum Productions was able to match the southern flare of Mardi Gras to the event space. They used a mix of Gobos, LED uplights and stage lighting to create this atmosphere for this special event.
As a speed dating company was attempting to break the world record for the most amount of dates in one evening Quantum Production was turning this cold space into the tunnel of love using red LED Uplights.
This Million Dollar Home was hosting a relator event to attempt to show it to as a great space for the trendy and sophisticated individual. This former lottery home was the space for an event that hosted over 100 relators.
Pickidelly PR and Events wanted to create a futuristic space for their launch party. Working with Quantum Productions was able to mix together LED Bars in a teal to match the colors of the logo and also match up a DJ that was spinning Future and Deep House all night long. This trendy launch was well attended.
International Special Event Society working with Quantum Productions wanted to add a little bit of ambient light for the networking event at the Craft Beer Market located in Edmonton. Using battery operate 3.3 LED Bars we were able to add color on the different tables and spaces to create an amazing atmosphere.
The team of Quantum Productions took the long trip to Fort St John, B.C. to create a night club aptmoshere for the 2014 Safe Grad. There was a mixture of visuals, live video feed, and sponsor loops on the two 10’ X 7’ Screens. There was a truss box created that supported 10 moving heads and a 36” disco ball. The team also provided a photobooth and DJ services for the evenings.
